The business manager for the State of California serves the public by providing a variety of services to State agencies through procurement and acquisition solutions; real estate management and design; environmentally friendly transportation; building standards; and oversight of structural safety, fire/life safety and accessibility for the design and construction of K-12 public schools and community colleges.
Panacea has been providing services to a prime contractor on several projects that have included:
- Asbestos, lead, and hazardous materials surveys and reporting for facility renovation, modernization, and demolition projects.
- Management and oversight of abatement contractors to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and district policies and procedures.

- Management, collection, and delivery of abatement contractor closeout documents.
- Participation in construction project job start and on-going project meetings.
- Mold, moisture, and water damage investigations, sampling, reporting and development of remediation work plans.
