Developed a comprehensive COVID-19 prevention plan to mitigate risk of exposure to Studio occupants at select buildings in the complex. The plan was developed in compliance with requirements of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, American Industrial Hygiene Association, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, California Division of Occupational Health and Safety, and other industry best practices. The scope of work included a review of compliance requirements and guidelines, literature review of best practices, a heating ventilation and air conditioning assessment that included calculating the recommended outdoor ventilation rate as outlined in the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Standard, and the development of a written COVID-19 prevention Plan for re-occupying these buildings.
