Performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Seismic Risk Assessments (SRAs), and developed an Asbestos Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Plan for a portfolio of 66 retail gas station/convenience store sites. Limited subsurface investigations were also conducted at 16 of the sites. The PCA scope included a Client-Specific Field Inspection Checklist, requiring detailed visual inspections of components such as fill ports, turbines, and tank monitoring systems—exceeding the standard PCA scope. This project highlights our ability to efficiently manage large-scale portfolios through a single point-of-contact model, robust technical resources, and standardized reporting tools that drive consistency and quality across all deliverables.
