Conducted a 5-year Risk Management Plan (RMP) review/update at five (5) separate natural gas-fired power plants located in Vacaville, Escondido, San Diego, and Firebaugh (2), California. The services included a review and update of hazard reviews, and an offsite consequence analysis using Areal Locations of Hazardous Atmospheres modeling. Also performed compliance audits at each facility to determine and document each RMPs compliance with Section 2755.6 of the Cal/ARP RMP regulations. At the conclusion of the project, updated RMPs for each site were provided, incorporating the results of the hazard reviews, off-site consequence analysis and compliance audits.
