Conducted periodic safety inspections of commercial tenant improvement projects on behalf of an insurance company to ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction standards. The scope of work included:
- Performed unannounced weekly safety inspections using a standardized hazard assessment checklist to evaluate compliance with relevant OSHA programs.
- Documented all identified hazards, including detailed descriptions of unsafe conditions or work practices, supported by photographs, specific locations, risk prioritization, and assignment of corrective responsibility with target completion dates.
- Conducted follow-up inspections to verify and document the completion of corrective actions.
- Completed Hazard Assessment Checklist for each inspection.
- Hazard Identification and Corrective Action Form for each unsafe condition or work practice
- Summary emails outlining inspection findings and corrective actions.
- Final close-out report in letter format, including a project overview, summary of inspection results, conclusions, and recommendations.
