Environmental Compliance: TSCA Chemical Data Reporting, NC, MD, OH, etc

Sector: Manufacturing | Location: NC, MD, OH, PA, VA

Developed and submitted the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) Form U to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for eight facilities involved in the manufacture of slurry, asphalt, and sealant products. Reporting was required due to production volumes exceeding the TSCA threshold—typically 25,000 pounds per chemical substance per site, or 2,500 pounds in cases involving specific TSCA actions. Tasks included reviewing site-specific chemical inventories, verifying domestic manufacturing and use volumes, and ensuring compliance with EPA reporting requirements. Registered each facility with the EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX) system and successfully submitted and received approval of the required Form U documentation.
